Donation nature
All donations are voluntary contributions supporting Yuva Brigade activities, community programs, and operations.
Once a donation is processed, it is generally treated as final because the funds may be allocated immediately to ongoing work.
When a refund may be considered
- Duplicate payment for the same transaction.
- Technical payment error where money was deducted but the donation was not recorded.
- Any other case that is clearly caused by a system or gateway failure.
How to request a review
Email us with the donor name, phone number, amount, date, and payment reference. We will verify the issue and respond as quickly as possible.
Approved refunds, if any, will be processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank or gateway timelines may vary.
